At Northern Threadz, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our straightforward returns and refunds policy is designed to assist you.
Returning an Item:

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any unwanted items.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.

Packaging: Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging.

Exclusions: Personalised items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item:

Initiate the Return: Before sending back any item, please email support@northernthreadz.co.uk with your order number to request a return.

Confirm the Return: We will email back within 2-3 days to confirm the return and provide instructions on how to return your items.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe arrival.

Proof of Return: Retain proof of postage until your return is processed.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 working days.
- Please note, refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit back to your original payment method

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
- If your order has been successfully delivered, Northern Threadz does not cover the cost of returning your item. Customers are responsible for any return postage fees in these circumstances. However, if you request to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will issue a full refund including the original postage cost, as the parcel will not have been sent.

Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us by email with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size or alternative item you would like in return. Once we’ve received your email, our team will confirm availability and provide the next steps to complete the exchange.
